Respected sir, I had sent all forms dully signed to ION EXCHANGE INDIA LIMITED- Mumbay on 10 May 2011 for my PF withdrawn,but nothing has come.My PF no is MH/8208/094111 and employee no is 23372. I had sent all formalities.I left ION EXCHANGE INDIA LIMITED-kolkata on 10/05/2011 .Reminders had been sent a lot of time.Last reminder again sent on 20 July 2012.Mr Rahul Dey ,who was my ASM,has pay no tendency to this matter.His phone no is [protected] please do the needful. ion exchange india limited — Faulty product
I had purchased a Water Softener from this company in Jan12 for Rs.5000. Right from the beginning this product was giving problem. It is very difficult to do the cleaning with the knobs very tight. I called the complaint no and they are telling that warranty is only for six months. When i check the invoice warranty is one year. In spite of selling faulty product and after escalation they are still not attended to my complaint. Useless product and very poor quality of service.
