[Resolved] IP University — non refund of fees | |||
i have taken admission in ip university during first counselling in maharaja surajmal institute of technology in ece branch i have been told to withdraw my admission before 23 august 2010 to get withdraw but when i went there they told us the last date was 20 august then they told me that you withdraw your admission if anybody take up your seat your fees would be refunded and the seat have been taken up by other student in second counselling they yet have not refunded the fees and when asked the officials of ip university behave in very ihuman manner so please take an action against them Was this information helpful? | |||

I have taken admission in IP university new delhi in first counselling. I have deposited Rs. 40, 000/-. Now I want to cancel it and want refund of rs. 40, 000/- . But as per statement of IP official no refund will be done after 10/8/2014. I have taken admission in NSIT Dwarka New Delhi. Please get it refunded or some legal option is there. My brother had taken admission in ip university but know he don't want to take admission in ip unversity becuase of some financial problem. we don't know about the fee structure of his program. we come to know about this after attending counselling at banarsidas chandiwala institute. we already submitted 51000/- we are unable to submit futher amount.His course name BHMCT and code 127
Its very big amount for us I have trying to get in touch with admission team but no one answering for mail and calls even we visited there 2-3 time but unable to reach admission team. Even they had taken origainal character certificate and know refuse to giving back.

My CET Code no.121, CET Roll No.9110606 and my Rank is 3919 I have been allotted Prabhu Jain College Narela Delhi in the First Round but I was not interested to get admission in that college but there was a massage that if Rs.40, 000/- not paid then you will be out from the online counseling then I paid the above amount from my credit card. After that I was waiting for 2nd round but IPU cheated us when 2nd round came and when finished we did not know then within the 14 days I went Dwarka Sec-16, with all the papers which they required along with form Appendix-8 for refund my money. I submitted the same on 24/7/2017 but till today 05/10/2017 there is no response.
Therefore, I humbly requesting you sir to do the needful towards my refund money. I tried so many times to contact them but no body is picking up of the phone . I am also writing to the CM of Delhi and education Minister of Delhi.
