[Resolved] Videocon D2H — Issues with the Video On LCD | |||
I had purchased Videocon D2H LCD 2602 on 24th of May 2010. On 15th June 2010 it stated giving some isseus with the volume. Within 5 minutes of starting the set there was a disturbing sound and the volume goes to mute mode. I have logged complaints and the engineer has been to my residence thrice changing the tuner twice and power supply once but unable to resolve the issue.(Mr. Sangorkar-[protected]/Mr. Kamble-[protected]). Finally last week he said that the set had to be replaced but still nothing has been done on the same. I had purchased the TV for FIFA world cup which I had to watch in Mute. Almost a month has passed but still i am getting false commitments of few hours/days for the issue to be resolved. How will the issue be resolved and the Company forced to pay some fine for this negligence so as to not repeat this against any other consumer.
