Issue of Voter Id
Dear Sir,
I have applied for voter card in the month of January. I had been to Malleshwaram branch Bangalore Mahanagara Palike. It was also verifed by the oficer, but till date my name was not registered in list for the prepration of the voter card.
Now I request you to arrange issue necessary VOTER ID CARD.

There was mistake in my voter id card. For correction it was given to the concerned employees at Kolar road bhopal Arera Convent School . it was not so far corrected.

There was mistake in my (Name: PRAMOD SINGH) and my wife (Name : UMA DEVI) and my daughter (Name: SNEHA SINGH)voter id card. For correction it was given to the concerned employees at TEHSIL HUJUR bhopal on dtd. 01.05.08 receipt no.256, 258 & 257. it was not so far corrected.

Dear Sir,
I, Prakash M Nair is residing at C-405, SAMARPAN APARTMENTS, NEAR CADILA BRIDGE, GHODASAR, AHMEDABAD - 380 050, GUJARAT and applied for Voter Identity Card during the last year
(before gujarat election) all documents including photographs collected from our residence, but till date we have not received
the identity card.
