the below given is d mail they sent me..........but still didnt received my order?????

Hi Kalyan,
We regret the inconvenience caused due to delay in delivery of your order. Your order[protected] had been shipped through DTDC on Dec 21st 2011 from our Mumbai unit and the tracking id for the shipment is M[protected]www.dtdc.in)
According to the tracking details at DTDC website this has been delivered on 26th Dec 2011.
Please drop us a mail at [protected]@itasveer.com if you have not yet received the shipment and we will do the needful.
