Fraud or Scam

HI,
I am Kapil Gabda,
I made a payment of Rs. 325/- to ITECHBPOSOLUTION on 15/06/2012 in their United Bank of India A/C No. is 0007010242790 from my AXIS Bank A/C No. 911010056879311 through Net Banking which Transaction Id is 12534374.
After the payment received they are not receiving my call or not given any type of respond, so I request to you please do something about this cause
ITS A VERY BIG FRAUD AND SCAM COMPANY.
