[Resolved] Jabong.com — No updated on the order | |||
Our order number:[protected] I placed a Cash On Delivery order with Jabong.com for a pair of sandals (floaters). After placing the order I had received the sms that the product would be shipped through INDIAONTIME courier service. It is very difficult to understand the product status on indiaontime.com because there is no proper updates regarding the product. When we try to contact indiaontime.com through email regarding the product status the email gets rejected. This is our first order on jabong.com and it is really a horrible experience.
