[Resolved] Jabong.com — return issues | |||
Jabong.com order [protected] requested return of 4 items. One item saree is yet to picked up - sent 3 emails. 3 items have been picked up on Jan 11th. Today is Jan 20th and stillre fund has not been processed. Very poor response to emails. Except for big English accent the customer service is very very poor. Why do such business practices continue? I need refund and the remianing item picked up asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
