Jabong — Faulty product and non-responsive customer care | |||
I purchased a bendly bag from jabong.My order date was 7th Jan,2013.Within a month bag got damaged.When I tried to return the product,customer support person advised me to "google" the jabong centre in chennai and try to fix the issue.Afterwards the customer support is not listening to my calls and pretending that they are not able to hear me. So I experienced the poor quality of the product and fake customer support. Was this information helpful? | |||
