[Resolved] Jabong — sent me broken cups | |||
Jabong persons r real cheaters they r sending broken/defective items to their as the same happened to me orderd 6 pieces but 1 was broken said they cant replace or refund now [protected] now who will take the responsibility so i took entire loss of 120 rs So i would like that jabong should send me a replacement for 1 broken item and contact me as soon as possible on [protected] or i will lodge complaint against them in consumer court Was this information helpful? | |||

They also cheated me on damaged sandal. Now they are not changing the product. Even suggesting me to repair your sandal any local coblar.

Not giving me my refund
I ordered 4 items on Jabong and one of the items didn't get delivered. I called customer care but they cut my call after receiving. First of all they don't have a toll free number and secondly they consume all balance and don't help. My order number was [protected] and my contact number is [protected].
