Jaipur Passport Office — not entertaining my passport request

i applied for passport on 12th november 2010 my File Reference Number is: JPR-W[protected] & Applicant's Name : NAVDEEP SINGH within 20 days my police verification cleared.i checked my dispatch status online it was showing your passport is going to dispatched on 27th feb.on 22nd feb my status changed to FURNISH ATTESTED COPY OF BIRTH CIRTIFICATE ISSUED BY A MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OR DISTRICT OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR OF BIRTHS & DEATHS IN SUPPORT OF YOUR DATE OF BIRTH.my date of birth is Applicant's Date of Birth :[protected]. i have sent my birth certificate 3 times to passport office but my status is still the same ........furnish attested copies of dob....
please do the needful i need my passport urgent but they are delaying it.
