I am residing at 510/3 Panchsheel CHS, WORLI Mumbai. I hv been subscriber for TOI & ET for 2 years. Your Vendor Mr. VIJAY is behaving extremely rudely and not delivering paper either not in time or not at all.
On asking he gave furious reasons and now he says, I will not deliver for rest of the time and make my complaint wherever you wish. Nobody can ruin my Theka. His behavior is extremely rude and behaving like Gunda. How paper vendor can behave like this without support of Worli TOI EXECUTIVE ?
In last 10 days paper not delivered for 3 days and its his regular practice as he can sell it at MRP. Now he says he is not going to delivery for rest 3 month s. TOI might b loosing his base with such delivery boys.
I urge you change your vendor in Worli area & if necessary your executive as well as I hv never seen such Gundaraj.
Pl. Reply immediately with your action and delivery for rest 3 months.
