i'm still waiting for the gold coin i won two months back. Not only jeetle guys failed to deliver a product readily available in the market, they also failed to adhere to timelines promised to me for the delivery of product five times.
Its also disheartening to see that in the time when websites ensures walking an extra mile to serve customers, jeetle is moving a step back every time customer approaches. After all, its the product you are selling and when it does not reach in good condition, you just leave the responsibility to the customer without looking at the credibility of the customer, his relationship with jeetle and ensuring your core value.
Very recently, i called the customer care to enquire about the gold coin delivery. The lady's (Ms. Neha) replywas - stop playing at jeetle. we havent forced you to play at jeetle !!!! ( i must emphasize that neither i spoke in unruly / rude/ improper manner, nor i used any such word to elicit such a response from customer care team. in fact, im shocked at such a reply. the way i was answered, i felt if im a liability after paying almost 26000/- for a gold coin which has not been delivered to me still after 2 months.
