[Resolved] Jeevansathi.com — the time period given to contact profiles | |||||
My ticket # 762664 to jeevansathi.com. enrolled for three months with subscription amounting to 4777/Rs..beginning only a month back and expiring on 1st Nov,2013...I am not at freedom to see the contact details of the SUITABLE profile ...as they have numbered the profile approach to only 60 for full three months. With the feedback form filled by me and a ticket given to check and solve my problem...BY THEM AS #762664, I am told that I will not be allowed to contact the SUITABLE profiles any more...... While speaking to their customer service representative 'Pooja", I said that was ready to pay more money for another one and half month beginning from now to be able to reach the suitable profiles ....but company does not cooperate. That makes my membership a waste after one month only. They have fixed the number 60, on their own whim and fancy, donot have a clue on what basis. Just because it is a private organization. and a client canot have a say... ...... IS IT NOT A COMPLETE FLEECING ATTITUDE??? Was this information helpful? | |||||

My jeevansathi profile is ZVUW2805. I AM USING THIS ACCOUNT FOR THE LAST ONE MONTH. NOW A WÈEK BEFORE 'I GOT LOGIN PROBLEM AND MY EMAIL ID WAS NOT ACCEPTED. SO WHAT I say kindly delete my profile as soon as possible.
