[Resolved]  Jet Airways — RUDE BEHAVIOUR OF GROUND STAFF

HI ,
I have booked a flight from delhi to hyd (flight no. 9W-825) dated 05-Dec- 2010 and i must tell you that this is first and last time i booked a flight with jet airways. i will never fly on jet airways again and will suggest my friends also the same.Reason is your ground staff is very rude, there thinking is like our government employee. One lady was there(seems to be newly married) was sitting i think row no. E or F (corner) has behaved very rudely. my flight was 17:10 and i came at 16:22(before 45 min) and she simply refuse that we cant allow you as gates are closed, how the hell she can say like this if i reached on time and as per indian government you should reach there before 45 min. Now because of that i have to get that flight canceled and have to run here and there for immediate next flight. i had to reach HYD at 9 O'clock for some urgent meeting and because of her i have to suffer. if your staff will behave like that then what is the difference between you and government companies.

Jet Airways — Rude behaviour of the staff

I am an Indian living in Tokyo for last 10 years. My mother-in-law is sick and supposed to travel on Nov 21st . It is a code shared flight All Nippon Airways and Jet airways, and I had called for wheel chair assistance request in India yesterday, and the treatment I got on the telephone was worst ever !! The staff > miss Parul < was the most rude staff I came accross with. The information regarding my mother-in-law`s sickness was being asked very very arrogantly and rudely. One should understand his duty as an employee of a top Indian airline !! Basic thing- HOW TO TALK !!
On the other hand as I called ANA airlines, one should have really heard the concern in the voice, service !
Parul , she should be ashamed of herself for such service.

I really Agree with you.I had kind of experience with Jet airways last sep mumbai airport
the Jet airways staff think that they are superior than any other human being, dont know why our indian airline people are like this
Jet Airways ground staff is highly rude and unprofessional, and do not know how to deal with passengers. They close the gates to their whims and fancies and act high handed when it comes to checking passengers in. This behavior is not expected out of them.

The ground staff is NOT AT ALL trained in handling passengers, I reiterate.
