[Resolved] Jet Airways — Inconvenience cause is deeply regretted | |||
I was about to travel to Kolkata by Jet Airways on 17 Dec morning 9w2450 flight. On that day it was heavily raining in Chennai and due to this natural calamity the passengers were struggling to get in the Airport. By the time I reached the counter for Check In it was 7.05 A.M. The same was revealed in my colleague watch also. But the lady in the Check In counter was telling that the time was 7.15A.M. and it is their system timing and we could not do our check in since they said that the check-in is closed. Similarly after me there was a couple reported at 7.17A.M., as per their timing and all o[censored]s could not board the flight. It is pathetic to say here that with time difference it showed it was only 5 min delay and all o[censored]s have to wash our clothes in the Toilet as we all were drenched heavily and neither the counter people could not wait for us to close nor no intimation or announcement about the time closing and it was embarrassing for us to run around there for re-grouping of flight and further the person, they call them as supervision incharge, not even bothered about our problems and simply telling that we cannot board the flight. What a Indian Decency of these ladies on the counter. Who is teaching them the lesson of customer hospitality? It is shame to travel further in Jet Airways in India!
