Hi,
I tried to book 2 tickets to mumbai on jet airways on 09th november. But after making the transaction, i have debitted amount from my bank but transaction has been failed and i didn get the ticket. When i contacted my bank customer care, i have been told that the amount has been credited to the jeewan jewel(intermediate trans gateway). I contacted jet airways thro mail many times also attached the transaction number and details but didn get proper response yet. When i contacted customer care first i was told that the amount will be credited in 3 days. But it has been already three days yet didn get any proper response.
How can we legally take actions on these irrresponsive airlines?? Was this information helpful? |
