[Resolved]  Jharkhand State Electricity Board — false billing

dear sir,
we are consumer of above company having no un5631 named jagadhatri tower residents welfare society.the agent of said company has issued false bill.our consumed unit is nil where as they have sent bill of rs 3285.00and forcing us to pay.they donot take meter reading but raises bill hapazardly .every month there is some problem

to the chairman sir,
with due regard it is to request that sir in all over india modernity, nice management is ther..but in jharkhand instead of having superb raw material and mineral and ore its detoriating day by day...electricity is also one of the imp reason in their development especially for village...and one suggestion is ther that sir please stop this corruption all these in transfer posting ...accoding to their ability transfer them...who r expert in technical provide them nice technical places...dont waste their knowledge by posting them to paperworks area...ok

I would like to draw your attention on the following point that make me very irratating regarding your services.
1. The meter is own my me (Xerox copy is Attach), but in bill every month there is meter rent, which I am paying from last 15years, instead of repeated complain no one give any attention on That.
2.Error meter reading by the reading taker, He give me the written the error done by him (Biplov Roy, Mob. No. [protected]), now he is harrassing me of dare consinesses if I not pay the error reading bill.

Plaese help me to resolve this problem and also guide me to whome and where I should meet the realted issue official.

i has been complained you befor for illigull connection of electicity at my holding (building) by some tresspassers by following name rajesh khatik and manoj khatik. before six month i has complain it to s.d.o. jharkhand state electricity board, jamshedpur.

I would like to request you to provide electricity bills on your web site, as BSNL does for their phone bills. this will help us to pay the bills regularly, as well as it will help you to cut down you fisical dificits and long dues.Since i am in a area where meter readers don't visit for many month and just an amount of meter charge is send as bill amount or a certain amount of consumed say as for 48 units in place of the origional units consumed.As the bills are not coming on regular basis it becomes a burden to pay huge amount at one time.
so, i do here request you to take the needful action in this context.

i want to inform you that Earthing wair broken between two polls in Road No-12, adityapur-2, from last 20 days, we are complain many times to JSEB Lady Juniour Engineer her phone no-[protected] and local mistri of jseb but no body take action, the wair is very danger becasue there are so many children play there, the major accident may accure any time

Dear Sir,
I Have two meters in my house, and as a consumer I went to your Kadma Substation, JAMSHEDPUR, I have found two persons were sleeping at around 12 pm . I asked him that where to register my complaint, He asked me to write the complaint, while talking to me he was in sleeping state and he was receiving the phone and doing everything on the bed itself .
Anyway, I started writing the application .. He said " PURI KAHANI LIKHNE KI JARURAT NAHI HAI "
He was asking me the long rules and regulation and asked me to give some bribe to attend the complaint fast ..
thereafter I denied to offer him any bribe, then I asked him to give the receiving of complaint . Then he said sorry " YAHAN PE AADMI NAHI HAI . MEIN YE COMPLAINT RECEIVE NAHI KAR SAKTA "
He was asking me to give the application but I refused to do so as i know they are not going to do anything ..

I hope you will take some necessary action.

Dear Sir,
I Diana Stella Marandi, had already paid the bill of the months from April to August, Bill date was 13/8/11. I paid it lately by 18/8/11.Total amount including all pending months was 226/- and I paid 220/-.
But this time I received the bill which shows that it has not being paid since last five months. As it is a wrong bill.
