I want to say that job juction charge Rs 300/- for registration and after that they will give you few interview but here is the main problem, the company they offer you are very small, some companies run there business from home and salary package will be very less under range 7000/-monthly to 15000/ maximum and job junction will charge your complete one month salary for their recuritment services. If you are interested in that package and want to work with some small pvt company u can go here, and regarding interview they will ask u to summit your 10th std mark list and if you want it back you have to tell them in advanced and you can only collect in on satudary.
Choice is yours i found it waste of time. They dont have any contacts with good companies !!

yes..friend i agree wit u...i went wit my frnd to this consultancy in bangalore in brigade road (near hydrabad biryani hotel). dey kept our marksheet n took rs 300 for regd. in agrement dat dey wil forward or inform abt the interviews to us...bt dey never gave us any info abt interview...everytim i used to cal dem. every cal dey answer in very sweet voice...()...today(8-oct-2011) we went to tak our marksheet bak. wen i told abt the situation, c is lik u should hv caled us..(did i giv money & first month salary to cal n remind dem abt their work...rascals)...so i personally share this message to all my frnds, , , never go to this consultancy named "Job Junction, Bangalore, near brigade road)...this is their website..

As per our records you have cheated us...We have given you the job as assured. whether small company or big company but you have opted to join there so it is your wish to join always.If any company terminated any one of registered candidates with in a short period they have a option to get another company with out any further charges.In your case after taking our services you are absconding all the time.Just remember what you did with us. For our words we have helped so many candidates to settle professionally. We have a long list of good candidates those who are taken the services again and again and referring still some one else.
Dear friend no problem you can come and take back your documents.and no need to pay any thing.But never blame some one else for own mistake.Every thing can be settled by discussion across the table with good intention.
