Why u are spoiling ur brand name by giving such horrible services to your customers..We are also working people but the kind of service that u render is PATHETIC....
I bought HONDA DEO on 10.05.2010...(after terrible follow ups , phone calls etc..probably one fourth of price has gone on phone bills). It was running superb..no complaints nothing...........
Then i gave my vehicle for first servicing on 18.06.2010.on 19.06.2010, when i was driving . it just got stopped in the middle of big traffic....then i tried like anything to start the vehicle...it didnt started...
I contacted Mr. Sundaram (Jupiter Honda Service dept. Manager)...He told he will send the technicians tomorrow , .The very next day i called him, he said"Madam u have nto given me the address, now the technicians are not available...we will c tomorrow....Today one person Suri from Jupiter Service....He was just keep on pressing theself starter button....and was trying to make it start by hook or by crook...
Again i contacted Mr. Sundaram...he told to give keys to that boy...2mrw morning they will come and repair it...

1. What kind of service is this?
2. we give aur vehicles for servicing so that it can be maintained properly....but we should never give for servicing when honda is concerned..bcause they will make the vehcle condition worst.
3. Plesae understand the difficulties o[censored]r customers..we purchase vehicle bcoz thats a ncessoty for us not for fun.
4. Please get the vehicle repaired as it has been since three days long given the complaint..no action has been taken for its repair. Was this information helpful? |

WE WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT OUR BIKE IS GIVEN TO UR SHOW ROOM ON VIZAG FOR SERVICEING IN 9:30 A, M ON[protected], WE HAVE RECEVING IN 10:15 AM ON[protected], AND ALSO HE WAS GIVEN TO COMPLEATION TIME 6:00 PM ON[protected], I HAVE CALLING TO 6:10 PM AT THE SAME DAY, HE WAS SAYING IN YOUR BIKE IS NOT READY CALL ME AFTER 2 HOURS, WHAT IS THIS, HONDA SHOW ROOM IS THE GREAT SHOW ROOM BUT SERVICEING IS BAD.
