I have signed a contract with Just Dial Pvt. Ltd. for providign leads related to my business. I was assured a minimum of 1 lead/day which could go upto 2-3 leads/day. Its been more than a month since I have made their payment but till date have received only 4-5 leads in total i.e. in the !st week after signing the contract. I have contacted them repeatedly but there is just no response at their end. On the other hand they have told me to pay more money so that I can upgrade to a higher value contract after which they think I might be able to get leads. I would like to know what action I can take against them since they are debiting money directly through ECS from my account.

I have been cheated by Just Dial and I feel its been one of the worst companies that I have ever dealt with till date.

In chennai 2 weeks before i was signed contract and they comitted 5-6 calls per day and under 5 keyword.but for the 10 days its only 7 lead which is other key word and out of my business area.i am planning to file case against just dial in the next week.

Just Dial — Cheating by JustDial

JustDial has deducted the ECS even after expiry of my contract with them.
Also, they didnot deliver what they promised which was clear after interacting for few months with them.
Can somebody suggest if I can take a legal course on this?

I enquired about Residential brokers and was told that my number was in DND mode. Afterwards I don't know why but the executive in call floated my number to almost every kind of vendor in City so that I am getting calls for more than a day now. I even called back to complain. I was told that they had logged many enquiries from my side, which I had not made. I clarified the situation. It did not help, no one confirmed any action. It's really irritating to be called upon by various professionals and tell them that I never enquired for Florist, Musical instrument, Hotel booking, Restaurant, medicines ...
I am not even a business person or anything just an individual who thought Just dial wil be helpful.

This is George; I've a contract with Just Dial for a year paying close to Rs. 3391/- per month. They provide pathetic service; and the so called leads they provide while interacting with them you can interpret that they are all fake. Not sure if there's anyway some investigation can be done on the numbers they provide to prove this; I've got the list of all the leads provided by them up till now. I'm sure there are more people who are facing the same issue; please do share your views. We could all get together and take some action against them to stop this fraudulent practice.

Mr. Anubhav (Employee id[protected] visited me for getting this contract registered. He told me clearly that the slot of AC Repair and Service and he showed in his ipad that the slot is available. He only filled up the form with his own hands and put in the category. I didnt have the internet connection at that point of time and when i checked the Invoice it found it different from the from which Mr. Anubhav filled. I paid him for Diamond package because it was available at that time. He changed my catageory to 24 hrs AC repair and service and sold that slot to some other vendor.

I called him and he said that he will get it rectified and he asked me to wait for 1 week. After 1 week i called him again and he said he is still waiting for the feedback from justdial office and he will get it done asap.

Since last few days i was keep on calling him but he is not attending my calls and when i called him from another number he pick up the call and keep on saying that he is not able to hear me. This continued for days. How is it possible that a person is having same issue for days????

Then i called customer support and lodge a complain. The complain number is 1087516. I spoke to Ms. Karanpreet, Neha and Vasundhara.

Today when i spoke to customer support, they informed me that the sales manager needs proof. God knows how you people works. Where is the original form which Anubhav took???? Why he didnt submit to your office???? I have never seen a sales person dealing like this with any customer.

I forwarded the proof and got no response from thr side. Finally one Mr. Vivek Soni called me and said he cannot do anything about it.

My micromax tab was repair I call just dial for micromax service center they will sent msg to me but i didn't call anyone. One person call me he said just dial provide this number to him. That person told he call from spj gadget from Dwarka he said her company give door step Service .after I call just dail the executive told all companies are registered you don't worry you give tablet to that executive if company make any problems we are responce for that. After that I give My tablet to that executive and that executive take Rs. 200 advance also on 7.11.2015 now date was 30.11.2015 I didn't recive any call from that company. All numbers are swicth off that company. The company address was fake when I call just the complaint department of Justdial they're not give any proper responce to me. Unless they told fulish reason no one give proper response. I am so disappointed with just dail. Please user be careful from this kind of Cheaters.

I am also get cheated by Justdial. Their executive comes and take a cheque from me and said that you will get leads.. I got 4 leads in a month and out of which 3 were fake and 1 was not close and when i called them for clarify . they said there is no issue in listing.. This means, I have to pay them for fake leads which i can't.. REFUND MY MONEY BACK OTHER WISE I WILL TAKE AN ACTION,

I see that you guys are being duped by well established business with only motive to make money. How this company can get leads for every one when the customers number remains the same in a particular location radius.

sorry guys i have also not seen your post before contracting Just Dial. this is a total fraud company whenever you are complaining to the company for not having sms & mails they just motivate you to upgrade your package i am totally lotted by this company.

We all have to come in front and apply for PIL in court as these company

Justdial is a really bad company and i have really bad expirence with them... They should shutdown...

I have lost totally around 30000/- for ECS and bounce charges from bank of auto debit but i just earned around 4000/-. We are not doing business now though i told them many times they are not stoping ECS and their answer is cannot stop ECS in the middle.

Just dial executive did fraud with me. he told me about a plan for 17000 and take a cheque of 5175/- and a canceled cheque. he said if you will happy with the services we will continue for the rest amount. but i am not happy.. the services are worst and the started my ECS. the amount is deducted every month. what do i do. i concern​ with bank, the banker said its not our default ask to justdial. what is ecs why they start its messed up. i am screwed with just dial. it down your repo in market.

Hi my self Adil from Bangalore, I registered my firm in Just Dial Last month and I gave my cheque to withdraw in this month 19th since we wanted to start our business this month 20th.
They took the cheque in name JUST DIAL PVT LTD with out date, now with out informing me they deposited the cheque last month only and it got bounced even after talking to the executives and managers in just dial they deposited cheque yesterday again it is bounced, basically they want the money they are not ready to listen any thing they are presenting the cheque again and again. When they reach you to register they will show you all starts and moon be careful do not give any cheque with out mentioning date also what LEADS they promise they will not deliver it.
Now i had to visit bank and block my cheque so that they will not present again.
I am trying to reach the executive LOKESH he is not picking the call this is kind of service they provide.

CATOGERY IS INTERNET WEBSITE DESIGNER and Developer. which I have signed the contract but Embronic technosoft noida getting 100 leads per day.package is only 20000 for 3 months.

5 categories they are getting platinum only 5 k per month.

We r not fool.

I am a professional Makeup Artist. On 13/01/2020 i have made a contract with Just Dial for 4 months and paid 4 months' payment of Rs. 14160 online. Till the date I have not received a sigle genuine enquiry. There are many fake enquiries coming. When I attend the enquiries the number is usually either engaged or switched off, and true caller it identifying the numbers as spam. The name and location of the person is different from what is showing in just dial. And just dial is showing all the fake enquiries as leads. I contacted the Just Dial representative Mr. Praveen several times, but he informed that the contract cannot be cancelled. Even some fraud guys are calling on my number without posting an enquiry in just dial. I dont know how my number has leaked. I am completely disturbed, and I lost my money too. They redirect number without giving your actual numbers to customers and also keep track of each customer to merchant calls. Thats why they show ten fold the lead nos. while recrunching the same lead umpteen times. Which is ridiculous. JustDial is big fraud for customers and merchants. Yes JustDial is a fraud. JustDial Sucks Big time...Single Lead Repeated Several Times to provide lead count. One lead passed to 20 others. No way its reliable even after paying lacs of rupees citywise for premium listing you never get exclusivity. We had made huger investments by falling prey to their marketing gimmicks (almost Rs.10 lacs) biug amount for a small company like us.

Their lead quality is also pathetic.

just dial should do thorough checking before listing information of various parties with them. Lot of frauds are choosing this way of listinng on just dial. They use fake SIM/ number. Cheating one individual they discard the SIM and this is how they are uncatchable, , so all beware of JUST DIAL FRAUDS

This is to inform you that i had registered with JUSTDIAL to promote my Restaurant named 'VEGIHUB' located in Bhowanipur on 17th of August, 2009 for a annual contract which stated that i would recieve details of all calls recieved by the company for veg retaurant. I was recieving the same for around 5 months but after that the messages stopped. When i called them they told tht there is a system upgradation going on and it will be normalized within a few days. From tht time i kept on calling them but they kept on giving excuses. Now also the service havent been activated and now they r saying that i need to renew my contract and pay them the annual charges again. Please see to this because i used to get on an average 10 calls from them per day which used to generate a business of around Rs.1500 each day. As i havent recieved calls for a paid period of 7 months so i have lost business of around ruppees 3 lacs. So please get it compensated.

Khanna motors

They have took the payments from me for me and my mother in feb. After giving few classes to me and no classes to mother..Khanna motors blocked my number and not behaving appropriately. After making so many complaints Khanna motors make the refunds in a form of a cheque but the cheque is bounced and as a result bank charged me for the penalties and bank account history.

Please help in getting it sorted out as whenever I make the complaint just dial is disconnecting my call and no one is helping me.

And I got a refund cheque... and for that too was a drama done by wrongly printing our company name to further delay the re-fund

But the ECS didn’t got cleared on 10th Oct 2009 even I had sufficient funds on 10th Oct 2009 for ECS clearing . And the ECS came for clearing on 15th Oct 2009 which is totally wrong . I was expecting that to get clear on 10th and when it didn’t got cleared on that date I transferred my money to another bank account and coz of that the ECS which came on 15th Oct got bounced . Now I need the clearification from u people that how come it happened . As per contract the ECS needs to get cleared on 10th then why it came on 15th for clearing . I wont keep the fund in my account for ur company so that u people can claim any day of the month for ECS clearing . I need proper clearification regaring the same . Hope for the proper resolution .
