This is reference to my videocon d2h recharge done on 2th may 2013 through my credit card ending with 3593 approval code 809587, videocon d2h customer id 87246840, but the recharge not been done but my credit card have been debited, i had request the company to recharge or refund the amount and take necessary action so request to pls look into this matter and request the company to refund the amount.
