We renovated our house last year on the month of November 2011 and purchased kajaria ceramics vitrified floor tiles. The carpet area of our house is 540 square feet.In just 7 months defects started to appear on the floor tiles earlier we ignored the defects but later on the defect became much more noticeable.The defects were basically black color circular stains initially the stains were limited to a couple of tiles but now after 1 yr or so the stains have come up in majority of the tiles .After repeated complains the representatives of the company visited and inspected our house and conceded it was major technical fault from the companies side during the manufacturing process of the tiles and promised to help us by discussing the problem with the upper management of the company .After more than 2 months the company has rejected the complain and have refuse to co-operates which is very disregardful considering the company is famous for its product in the domestic market
We would appreciate if the company takes up the matter more seriously and take the required action as soon as possible ....
