Im Poonam. I had ordered goods costing Rs.3108. Out of 04 items 02 items were wrongly supplied. i ordered

i attached photos of product and specified that if same color, same design and same material are available then only confirm my order.
i payed 350 rs. shipping charges also.
the product what they sent are completely different from what i order...
