dear sir, i satya narayan pal submit a form in KDA for allotment a plot along with Rs, 44500 cash .chalan no.16783 but un succesful in lottery drown.after that i clam for money refund in 3o july that time i give my full bank detail, but till now i m not getting my money in a/c.pls help me for refund money. satya narayan pal a/c no.
