it is vey unfortunate that your after sale service is so poor. Even though you are providing good mobiles at low price, but you have failed to provide a good after sale service.

My karbon A5 is pending for repair with you for a month. details are
job sheet no KJASPDL0261212K1596.

when i reached to collect the mobile as per their instructions i was shocked to see the brocken screen ans lost battery .
I have refused to accept the mobile in that condition so you are requested to look into the matter and return the mobile at the earliest.(I should not be waiting for another month)
