[Resolved] Kelvinator Microwave Oven — Control Pad not working

P PAK725 from Mumbai, Maharashtra

I bought model KM25SL on 27.12.06 from Lotus Electronics 11A/410, 80 ft. road, Kanpur. The control pad of oven is not responding, so I contacted authorised service centre " VG service" at Ashok nagar Kanpur.and the oven was sent to them on 18.08.09. Now after 20 days they are telling that the replacement control pad is not available even with the company. If the company can not provide the spares then why are they selling the ovens!!! I was assured the best service at the time of purchase but now the seller is not ready to help me. I'm highly dissatishfied. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

KELVINATOR MICROWAVE OVEN — Not working , no display lights

We have purchased this microwave oven 8 years ago, was working fine, but yesterday 11 Oct. 2009, it suddenly stopped working. We checked switched, no fault found.
please help and revert back the dealers in Bahrain for this oven.
