[Resolved]  very poor service — ken star washing machine

Dear Sir,

We have made complaint of kenstar washing machine with your sr.centre at 301, videocon House, Bh/Urja House,Swastik Char Rasta, G.G.Rd, Ahmedabad
before 25 days which can be referred by complaint register.

Mr. Chirag from your service centre came to our place and ispected machine with no sincerity and charged Rs. 250/00 visit charges when your visit charge is Rs. 225/00.
After that, he came at our place and replaced valve and said to us that your machine is O.K. and in fact, machine was out of order. Than, we complaint to Mr. Guptaji over his mobile to get it repaired and inspect machine fault but Mr. Chirag is not visited.

We were out of station when he replaced valve even we have advised them and him to come at our place on the conformation of from our side over mobile. He did not care and visited and replace valve still your company machine kenstar is not working condition though we are ready to pay their legal charges,

We have appreciated your quality of machine but we are regret to say that service regarding complaint is very poor.

In the future, we do not by your products because of poor service.

We request you to do at the earliest in this regard OR we will take legal action on your service centre as well as manufacturing company.

Kenstar washing machine LF2008 — No service

We couldn't find any service centre for our Kenstar washing machine, model No. LF 2008 in Ahmedabad, India. If we can help us the contact numbers for getting our machine repair, it is of great help.

I bought a washing machine on 18.11.07. My machine is still in warranty. I made a complaint on 11.4.09 at your call centre regarding kenstar washing maching. One engineer came and informed the gear box is out of order and he will replace it tomorrow. We waited for one week but nobody turned up. Then again I made a complaint on 17.4.09 at your call centre and again a engineer came and informed the gear box is out of order and he will replace it tomorrow. I am daily telephoning at your call centre and daily I am given assurance that my complaint will be attended as soon as possible. They assure that they are sending reminder to the service centre. No executive is ready to tell the time in which they give service. Nobody is giving the address of the company so that the complaint could be launched. The telephone number of the service centre given to me is even not get picked up. I am in such a mess. It is now 11 days that my washing machine is out of order. I am forced to take legal action against the company. I will also assure that none of my friends and relatives buy the products of Kenstar company.
Dear Sir/Madam,

Our washing machine is not working properly for 6months. We have complained to the authorised servicing center at Thiruvalla, Pathanamthitta Dist, Kerala State. After so many complaints they came and taken the machine to the servicing center one month before. Now they brought back the machine to home without solving the complete problems. Upto now we have wasted so much money and our presious time for this matter.

Now it is to inform you that we are going for judiciory against the servicing center and the Kenstar Company. We are expecing a reply from you and a complete soluton on or before 05/05/2009 5 p.m.

KENSTAR Tumbletop LF 2008 — VERY POOR SERVICE

Dear sir,
I had purchased the above washing machine on aug 2003, for 1 year
thera was no problem but after that i have been having complaints one after another. past 2 years every 2 months i have to repair, and i already spent rs 5000, your service people never answer the phone also, last time they removed the motar and took to their work shop saying to clean it, after they come and fit it . the digital components stopped working, after so many phone calls they fixed it and just after 2 washes again not working properly and i ve been tying to contact them for the past1 month but no response . on the whole they spoiled my washing machine by their repairs.
Please compensate for this faulty model, the service center has confirmed said that there is a design failure and it can'nt be repaired .
I fully agree with the views expressed by others regarding poor/no service for months together.
I am from Hyderabad and I have a semi-automatic kenstar washing machine which started giving trouble in the guarantee period itself. Spares are not available for months. Hardly it works two months in a year. You give complaint, they give complaint number and say that the technician (M/S Star Services, Secunderabad) will come within 2 to 3 days, one has to wait impatiently for the technician who never comes, again make calls, most of the times they are busy, ring and cut-off, again re-register your complaint, they will not give contact nos of supervisors/incharges. If your are lucky an ameature or new to the equipment youngster will turn up, unscrews the machine fumbles and disconnects the wires and closes saying that the electronic PCB board is to be replaced which is not available with the service centre which may take months to get from the factory. Even if it is replaced bearing the cost which is around Rs. 1200 plus visiting charges, they say there is no guarantee for electronic items. Sometimes it is PCB, sometimes it is problem with the spinning, sometimes it is motor and so on...it never works. Most of the time the so called technicians cannot unsderstand the fault, if your are tough with them they say the machine has to be taken to the workshop promising that they will take it for thorough repair - but never come again. One will be wasting time by complaining them and even become a hyper tension patient.

Some body should take stringent action against the company and the authorised service agents, who harass the consumers.
I advice not to buy any washing machine from Kenstar, if you do you are in trouble, it has to be used as a dump bin.

I have purchased a washing machine from another company for my needs which is working properly.
