Kerala — camera lost

Sir,

I had been on a Kerala trip on my honeymoon from 9th to 16th feb through a package tour organised by Spice Holidays's Mr. Thomas and my driver for the whole trip was Mr Rayees K.v.

The trip was amazing except on the last day while returning back, when i by mistake left my camera inside the (package) car at the Cochin Airport; within 7 minutes(after remembering the forgotten camera) i called the driver(Rayeez) and asked him to return my camera, but he lied and told me that there is no camera inside the car, i also asked him to come to the airport again to let me examine the car, he again lied and told that he is more than 20KMs away and it will be difficult for him to come back. He lied becuase the whole area near the Cochin Airport was so crowded during peak morning time that it was not possible to go 20Kms within 7 minutes.

I am here furbishing the details of both the driver and the tour organizer. Since i am providing driver's call details, his cell call logs can also be checked to authenticate the above statements made by me.

The reason for writing this letter is that i had a memorable trip of Kerala and this incidence will remain as a black spot on that trip. I had gone on honeymoon, and hence the camera has all the wonderful moments shared by us and hence that camera is priceless to us.

Also I have heard that Kerala as a state has a special focus on Tourists comfort and hence i am sure some action will definitely be taken on this letter of mine and i wish by God's grace and your sincere efforts i will get my camera back.

Also another reason for writing this letter is that the driver/tour operator should'nt repeat the same offence on some other tourist, and hence the brand Kerala should remain bright and shining.
