[Resolved]  Kesineni Cargo — complaint on kesineni cargo parcel received with damage (hyderabad – Coimbatore)

i have booked a house hold articles through kesineni cargo, while booking my consignment he said after reaching to pune i will get a call or msg but i did not get either call or msg when i called the local guy he said ur bags reached on 30/9/13 and when i called to kesineni hyd he simply refused that its our duty to inform to customers what a worst service and worst response from both the parties in future if anybody is booking any consignment think twice yet to check my consignment condition whether its good or damaged????????????
