[Resolved]  Khadims — Khadims Shoe got damaged within 2 months- no response for replacing

I have purchased formal black shoe from khadims chennai -mount road branch on[protected] for Rs 1,099. Due to worst quality of material used shoes upper layer got damaged and not able to polish and use my shoes. I have tried to communicate to brach ,but no response also approached to nearest branch, they asked me to go to branch where i purchased. I want the replacement for the defective piece.
