[Resolved] Kingfisher Airlines — refund trickery | |
Hello, Deccan Airlines PNR #: 8342431 Corresponding kingfisher PNR: CRNMGH Corresponding ticket numbers got from executives:[protected],[protected],[protected] I had booked three tickets from Bangalore to Pune for the 28th of September. I cancelled these tickets on the 25th of September, 2008. I was initially told that I would see the amount credited to my account after 8 days. When I did not receive the refund, I called "customer care" after 10 days. I was told that it would take atleast 15 days. So I waited for 15 days. Again when the amount was not refunded I called the customer care. They told me that it would take a month and gave me a story about the migration from Deccan to Kingfisher being the cause of the delay. I wrote to [protected]@kingfisher.com. For every mail I received the same stale reply, "we are investigating your case". I also wrote to the "chairman" who flaunts his good times reputation on his website and gives a whole big yarn about him being concerned about feedback. There was no reply. Obviously, the "chairman" has people to answer his mails for him but even they did not bother to reply. If this is cheating, this is the lowest form of cheating that a person of the chairman's status can resort to. He should pick people who have the same status to play such games with, not people who put their hard earned money and misplaced trust in his airlines. If there is someone from kingfisher staff with a conscience reading this mail, please look into the problem and do something. I am anyway trying to see what I can do further. Regards, Smitha Ratnam.
