Kingfisher Airlines – Very high Reschedule / Cancellation Charges Had a very bad experience recently with the Kingfisher Airlines while rescheduling the tickets. It was done 10-15 minutes after the initial booking and that too for 3 no of tickets for adults. The rescheduling charges were Rs750 per ticket. When I said that I would rather go for a cancellation, I was said that the charges remain the same. I had to, very unwillingly, swipe of my card for this additional Rs2250 just like that. Would have accepted that with the lapse of time, may be at least an hour, but 10-15 minutes is actually not acceptable. Besides, the customer care is always unreachable at the our of need. I cancel my ticket of delhi-bombay flight. How can i get receipt of cancellation charges.
I had booked ticket Delhi-Mumbai at 21jun 22:00. But some reason i cancel this ticket. Cancellation charge was Rs.1400/-. I can't get receipt of this payment. I require this receipt of this payment of Rs.1400/- for claim from company. My PNR no is ETPXJU. Please send me This cancellation charge receipt on my mail id as early as possible.
Yes. customer care is very very bad of kingfisher airline.I have tried 5-6 times for more than 30 mintues to reach to the customer care for re-scheduling my flight but all went into vein. I guess all the customer care agents are busy handling the international fliers.
