[Resolved]  Kingfisher Airlines — Airlines fraud

Hi,

I am really very disappointed with service of Kingfisher airlines.

On 17th October, I received the call from Kingfisher airline customer care (Pune office) that my flight (Jaipur to Bangalore – IT 107, Reservation Code; NGFRLA, Date of travel: 20th October 2009) has been cancelled and asked me to either get the refund or book the flight for 22nd October and that phone rep is also not courteous and not even giving me the time to think.

Finally they agreed to change the booking for connecting flight for same day i.e. 20th October which is from Jaipur to Delhi and than Delhi to Bangalore with waiting period of 3 hrs and flight is in early morning at 6:30 AM. Anyway I decided to take this option as I need to reach Bangalore on 20th October due to some urgent work.

Later, on 18th October I came to know from my cousin that he is travelling with the same flight for which I got the cancellation call i.e IT - 107. I contacted the Pune office and talk to Mr. Hafeez and he told me that cancelled flight is reinstated and I cannot get the booking in that flight as all tickets are already booked for it. I was very surprised to know that how it can be possible as Airline should call me on the reinstating of the flight also in the similar way as they called me on the cancellation. I asked the same question with Mr. Hafeez also but he could not able to answer and gave me some 800 number to log the complaint there.

On contacting 1-800 number , I spoke to Mr. Santosh and he apologize for the whole incident and told me that he can try to get the tickets in the IT-107 if there is any cancellation otherwise I have the option of connected flight only.

Now the question is why I was not informed when the flight was reinstated? This is really not expected from the Kingfisher airlines which are known for its service.

Because of all this mismanagement of the airlines I travelled on 20th October early morning 6:30 AM to Delhi and than wait in Delhi for 3 hrs and than came to Bangalore at 1:00 PM. Also I was travelling with my pregnant wife and 7year old daughter.

After this incident I have decided to never travel with Kingfisher and also tell everyone about your services. What I suspect is that your airlines sold my tickets at the higher prices.

Booked my Return Trip from Mumbai to Chandigarh for date : 21 August 2010 and 29 August 2010, on 8th july 2010, from Kingfisher Flights.

On 21august when I reached airport to take my flight as per my reservations, I was told that flight have been cancelled and they cant help it.

When I asked them to book next available flight, or either refund my money, they clearly refused to do it.
And said We are not responsible. The lady manager at airport was abusing me and shouting on me when I forced her to provide me either of two.

Then on a heavy argument They provided me a flight to Mumbai delhi- and they said from delhi they will provide me another flight to chandigarh.
As had no other option so I got agreed to it, abd boarded the mumbai delhi flight.
But when I reached Delhi, and asked the lady Anupama the manager of kingfisher airlines @ delhi domestic arrivals, she said she cannot provide me any flight neither he will refund the fare only she can provide a cab, which was alsonot upto the standards.

I asked her to put same in writing but she did not rather he behaviour was much more abusing and commanding.
I did paid for Air travel and was forcibly made to travel through Road.
Even the retrun flight was cancelled, that was also not informed on asking and arguing they provided me the alternative.

Even wen a 2 hrs flight was made the travel into 20 hrs then also i was not even provided with water or food, I suffered a lot.
