[Resolved] Kingfisher Airlines — refund of cancelled air ticket | |
Sir, I have cancelled a ticket as per the details given below. As per the rule, I should have got a refund of the cancelled ticket after deducting Rs 750/-. I should have got Rs 5279/- but I got Rs 3229/- only. Ms Satinder Kaur who was on duty at ticket counter Delhi Airport refused to pay me the due amount and paid me only Rs 3229/-. I have already made three visits to your airport counter and connaught place office where I met Ms Manju, Ms Harleen Bakhshi and Mr Gagan but even after much efforts I could not get the refund and these visits have given me a mental and physical harassment.
