I had booked a flight from Mysore to Chennai on 16th January 2011 (PNR: JOOESS). The flight was scheduled to depart Mysore at 14.20 hrs. But at 11 am the same day, i got an sms telling the flight was cancelled. The customer care called and asked me to catch the flight from Bangalore to reach chennai. the flight from bangalore was to depart at 16.00 hrs. In order to cath that flight at 4 pm, i had to take a private taxi and shell out 2100 INR. This all chaos happened due to negligence of the airlines and for no fault of mine, i had to endure a lot of inconvenience.. especially since i was travelling with an infant. Now, the refund as been initiated to me for an amount of Rs. 1600 only. but i have spent more that that Rs. 2100 for no fault of mine. i request them to compensate in justice and get ATLEAST the money i spent for the taxi from Mysore to bangalore for Rs. 2100. but no one responded. i got a mail after some ten reminders telling, only the mys-blr sector will be refunded. but even that has not been done till date. its more than a month, and i have not got refund for a fault that was not even done by me. im very deeply grieved by kingfisher airlines and their attitude. someone pls help me...
