Kingfisher Airlines — Flight cancelled and not given refund

I have booked a flight of Kingfisher Airlines from Pune to Delhi for 28th of October 2012 & return on 31st of October 2012 this flight was cancelled and i got the message for the same so i called for the refund or to arrange some other flight but i got reply from the airline that i will be getting my refund in 14 working days but i din't got my refund till now and when i am trying to call now on [protected] it showing currently unavailable.
