Kingfisher Airlines Limited — No Refund for Flight Cancellation

I had booked my flight on Kingfisher Airlines IT 71 to travel on 24 March, 2012 from Mumbai to Hong Kong. However, the above mentioned fligth stands cancelled due to operational reasons (means no reason). I and my sister were not given any arrangement. I, my travel agent and Zurich Insurance Company Ltd had emailed to Mr. Melwyn Joseph and Mr Joseph Pereira, Guest Commitment of Kingfisher Airlines. They both confirmed that we were eligibled for a full refund of the unused air ticket No.[protected] and[protected] and the same needs to be collected from the Travel Agent. I based on their instruction then contacted the travel Agent "Hong Thai Travel Services Ltd. in Hong Kong for arranging the refund. However, the travel agent advise us that no refund or reply from Kingfisher airlines. This case has been last for one year. I am very disappointed with the services from Kingfisher Airlines which damaged to the image of India.
