Kingfisher Airlines — NON REFUND OF CANCELLED AIR TICKET

1. I had booked a ticket for Kingfisher Airlines from Pune to Jammu through Make My Trip for Rs 5019/-.

2. Date of journey was 07 Oct 2012 by IT 151 (Pune-Delhi) and onward journey on same day by
IT 214 (Delhi-Jammu). The flight got cancelled, and i was assured refund.

3.Ticket No :[protected] , PNR : KZGLCN

4.I am yet to get refund inspite of repeated telephonic conversations and reminders.

5. Please do the needful at the earliest.
