I had booked a flight from Bengaluru to Mumbai, Flight No. IT 104 and froom Mumbai to Delhi, Flight No, 305 for 20th Oct 2012. The flight was subsequently cancelled due to the reasons know to common public. I got an email intimation from the Airlines on 12 October 2012. Since then till now the money has not been refunded back to my account. I have been trying to get in touch with there Customre Care numbers but no response. I also wrote couple of mails on this issue and finally got one mail from Guestcare team ([protected]@flykingfisher.com) on 5th Nov12 , acknowledging the issue and assuring the refund at the earliest.
However till date there is no refund, Now the response from the from the Guest care team has alos stopped.
The total ticket cost is ~ Rs. 17,000/-
Pleae help.
