Kingfisher Airlines — Refund for Cancelled Airlines

I had made a booking for kingfisher flight IT 313 and IT 353, a return ticket between Mumbai - Delhi on Sat, 29 Sep '12, 11:55 hrs.

30th Nov -- Mumbai - Delhi IT 313
11th Dec -- Delhi-- Mumbai IT 353


As the airline was grounded a few days before my trip, i tried cancelling the tickets asking for full refund by calling the airlines, they advised me not to cancel the tickets as the airline may resume operations in some time and also told me that if i cancel the ticket on my own then i would not be eligible for full refund. So i waited for sometime and a few days later the flight was cancellled by the airline and i received an email to initiate cancellation procedure. I have submitted the cancellation request on 22nd November and have not got any assurance of the cancellation till date. Customer service number for Kingfishers are no longer working.

Please let me know what should i do?
