I too agree with your complaint, I am also facing the same problem with them, you were lucky you have received your luggage but as of mine part I am still waiting to get my luggage back from them, But this is really too much there is no one to speak, they don;t have any hospitality.

i travelled from leh to delhi on 11th july 2011 by flight IT 3351. my bag did not arrive at delhi airport. was issued a complain letter by mr. rajit at delhi airport and he gave me the phone number to keep in touch. next day no one attended this no. finally on 12th night shweta spoke to me and updated me that the bag is still being traced. no response on the same no. on wed. 13th and thursday 14th. the phone just rings and no one answers!!! finally i called mumbai no. gawaish said he would get back after calling delhi. well he did not. when i called him again to ask why delhi guys dont answer phones, he said thats not my problem, but your bag is still not found. even the delhi duty managers no. given by mumbai guys was constantly unanswered.
losing luggage is one thing and over and above king fisher refuses to attend calls...i was told by shweta that drishti would get back on wednesday morning and she even read out the mail asking drishti to do so.
all this speaks volumes of the hospitality of the pretty faces of the airlines people.
honest work ethics are more valued than pretty ladies in swim suits on calenders for a good bussiness mr. mallya! this proves mr. vijay mallya not just has any respect for women but also for his customers.
