[Resolved]  Kings Engineering College — Plundering money from student in the name of Fines

By brother is studying in Kings Engineering College. This college pluders money from him in the name of fine. Once he was 5 mins late to the college due to some reasons, so they have plundered Rs.300 illegaly as a fine amount. Also they have collecting a fine called "Common Fine" as Rs.150 or Rs.200 every semester. I am not sure what is the purpose.
Also they asked the students to have compulsory food in the college and collecting money. For more number of student they have some food counter to collect the food. So all the student arent able to collect the food before the given time for lunch. so they made to starve for the day. I am not sure then how the student will study.

Be careful on choosing Kings Engineering college.
