Moonniyoor Nursing Home Managing Partner, Dr T.M Aboobacker had ordered for a 62.5 KV Kirloskar Fully Automatic Generator through the dealer "Elite Engineering Company located in Calicut.

The Body of the Genset was Badly damaged when it was delivered here. Though we have repeatedly ask you to replace the damaged
body parts the parts are not yet replaced. As per our Conversations with the Kirloskar Engineers we have intimated them that the LR Form
was not given to us by "Elite Engineering Company".

The generator was commisioned and after 22 hours working it stopped working due to engine failure. After few days engine was
replaced with a New engine.. The New engine that we got is not even well painted nor does it look new. Further we found out that
it is not a Kirloskar Engine at all. It is an engine manufactured in China by the company Shandong Weichai Huafeng Power Co.


As per our Order Form (Attaching with this email)
Elite Engineering Company has to Supply us a Kirloskar Engine.
Not a Chinese Engine

I request you to immediately replace the Engine with an Original 62.5 Kv Engine From Kirloskar.
Also Please Replace the Damaged Body Parts immediately.
