the complaints given by me has not been taken seriously and not been rectified since the first service, people are very keen on chargeable parts and service rather than the complaints given.
The job card written by the service people are not legible to notice whether they are making a note of all the complaints given by the customer. And also they are insisting to sign the customer feedback form without delivering the vehicle. So far the two major things I have been insisting from the 1st service are 1. Low milage 2.
