I purchased a KORYO MAE OVEN. I experienced electric shock while using it. Complaint registered on 25/05/2012. But still not attended. The product warranty period will expire on 10/06/2012. Several times contacted but no response. Complaint registered with the name of my uncle Mr. A K Panigrahi, Chandar Nagar, Gopala Patnam, Visakhapatnam. cell : [protected]. please do needful to attend the same to rectify the problem.
