[Resolved]  Kpn Travels — delay

Myself travelled from Pollachi to Chennai on 18th Apr, the 2+1 Non A/c bus started around 8pm and nearly took 6 hours to reach Tirchi where there was no break or heavy traffice. In the middle, I asked the driver why the bus is very slow and if any problem is there - the driver suprisingly informed me, due to opposite side vehicles, he could not driver the bus. immediately i sent a sms to the complaint no. which was written on the bus and till date there was no response, even though the bus was 1+2 the distance between the front & back seat was very less and we could not sit comfortable. The bus reached chennai around 9.15 am which should have reached before 6am. To add - the bus which I went from Chennai to Pollachi 2+2 non a/c was very fast and kept the time but the bus was very old, even the push back or the leg rest was not working properly. Though I am frequent traveller of KPN, this time I faced a bitter experience. Should KPN come forward to rectify these small type of errors which would benefit additional client loyality in the competitive world. Thanks.

KPN service is becoming worse day by day & the only option is to take some other travels.

Once I reached Chennai only at 11.a.m through KPN that was the last time I traveled in KPN.

Also if we complaint no action is taken.
we had worst bad service in kpn speed parcel services due to not delivered in right time, we booked on May month but not allow to take our goods in erode branch. They say i have to produce the original L.r. what ask to kpn now. They dint give consignee and consigner copy at that time of booking, we received the booking copy only that time. so therefore kpn had missed and cheating me with several ways now.

What i ask now. Incase i can able to give original L.r, how can i prove whether customer received or not? But any how this are the last and first experience form kpn, we had filled the copy of the letter form their side and suit for this against them by consumer court in Vellore. If you want any copy of this case call to this no I prove at any time

Even me too frquent traveler Bangalore to Nagercoil 2 years before i have given the feedback about kpn functuality but now i have to take back the buses will not reach on time there and unclenes 10 or 15 mon delay is ok but they are taking 2 to 3hrs delay now i have switchover the travel my journey is smooth. we like to travel through kpn if the provide good facilty.
KPN-Mettupalayam employees are the best in this world! They don't do their job and always ill-treats the customer. I had several worst experience with KPN, since mettupalayam don't have any other travels to make daily trips to Chennai and Bangalore. KPN mtp employees are thinking they are the DON for this business in mettupalayam and surrounding areas. KPN in their webiste has clearly stated to go for tickets just by taking note of the boarding pass and pin number but the mettupalayam employees are not accepting it and demanding hard copy each time. They have gone worse saying if the passenger don't have a hard copy of the ticket, they will not allow that person to travel in the bus. Even nowadays ther are not providing customer care number.
Especially there is a skinny guy in the mettupalayam office and his age should in twenties. He is the biggest !
KPN management should look in to this else they will lose their customers rapidly in mettupalayam!
