[Resolved]  KSRTC Airavat — No refund issued for failed transaction

Hi,

The below is the failed transaction detail which I made through ksrtc.in site <ebooking> for Airavat Bus.

OB Ref NO : OB3227382
Journey Date: 30/01/2011
Booked On : 28/01/2011

As specified in the site <Send a mail to [protected]@ksrtc.org quoting the KSRTC OB reference number or LOGIN ID & Transaction Date.> , I sent mail to [protected]@ksrtc.org

Also I tried calling on this no:[protected] but no one answers.

I have not yet received the funds back in my accounts.
