KSRTC — Refund of money

I wanted to book a ticket from bangalore to hubli for friday[protected] on thursday[protected]'O clock). Since the server was down, i was not able to book the ticket online. So i told my friend to book the ticket from hubli new bus stand (since he was very near to bus stand, i told him). Eventhough after providing correct information, KSRTC employee booked the ticket for thursday and immedietly my friend went and asked him to change the date. He told he cannot change date and cannot refund the money also. I had to book one more ticket for friday. See, Why i have to pay money for your mistake. This is very disgusting. I also called conductor and i confirmed that the bus was not full. Please help me to refund the money.

I was trying to book ticket from Hydrabad to banglore on 5/11/2010, unfortunately the seat has booked by someone else and my money has been debited from axis bank account.
