I booked one ticket from Ernakulam to Bangalore (BANGALORE EXPRESS)on 4th of june.But during journey the bus got stucked up with some problem and from selam we all took pivate bus to reach bangolore. counductor and driver promised us that money will be refunded within 2 days still we dont have any clue about that. just refund our money as soon as possible.
